设施管理与建设概论

设施流程小组将定期提供程序修订建议。 设施负责维护和确保整个学院遵守既定的操作和程序。 有关设施管理及建造各分部的资料如下：

• 维护，建筑物和地面
• 规划设计
• 施工管理
• 校园操作

所有四个部门在设施管理和建设（FMC）的保护伞下一起工作，以支持学院的物理和运营需求。 部门协调工作由设施流程小组在设施副总裁的指导下进行（参考APM 06-0601）。

The FMC Operations & Procedures Manual purpose is to help coordinate all aspects of facilities management by the establishment of standards and best practices for FSCJ Facilities. 它还旨在提供一个全面的框架，以便在每个站点提供有益和具有成本效益的服务。 The manual provides Facilities with a set of clearly defined guidelines that are meant to complement sound facilities management procedures already in use and offer new ones where necessary.
