The 紧急医疗技术员（EMT）技术证书（T.C.） is a limited access program that prepares graduates to function as entry-level Emergency Medical Technicians. 该计划利用课堂教学，动手技能实验室和实地经验，培养学生成为应对各种医疗和创伤情况的紧急医疗响应者。 Upon completion of the program, graduates are awarded a technical certificate and are eligible to apply to sit for the 国家注册紧急医疗技术员（NREMT）认证考试 to qualify for certification as a Florida EMT.
